Excess Liability Insurance

Commercial general liability insurance is used to pay compensatory damages or losses caused to third parties or customers during the operation or performance of business related tasks. An excess liability insurance policy provides limits to complement that of a general liability (CGL) and automotive insurance policy, as well as additional coverage not covered by CGL insurance.

CGL insurance offers a defense and ultimately a payment in case of bodily injury, property damage or any kind of losses caused to a third party by your product or operations.

The excess liability Policy give additional limit which complete the CGL and may come over automobile Policy and offer some additional coverage excluded from a regular CGL Policy.
